ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring a Revenue Operations Specialist/Manager to run and own the business layer of RevOps alongside Sales, CS, and Marketing. As a partner to the GTM leaders and teams, you'll own their operating rhythm day to day and translate their requirements into precise, build-ready requests.
ABOUT DATASNIPPER 🚀
Audit and finance are still massively manual and we are changing that. DataSnipper is a $1B, bootstrapped unicorn with 600,000+ users across 180+ countries, already embedded in the daily workflows of top audit and accounting firms.
Now, we are taking things further with our Excel Agent, bringing AI directly into where the work actually happens. Unlike generic AI tools, we do not sit on the sidelines. Our AI operates inside Excel, with access to real documents and audit evidence, meaning it does not just generate answers, it does the work, with full traceability.
We are not just applying AI, we are redefining how audit gets done. If you want to build something category-defining at scale, this is the place.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Define and run the operating rhythm
- Run point in pipeline reviews, weekly syncs, and QBR prep across Sales, CS, and Marketing.
- Own the full QBR end to end - narrative, data pull, slides, pre-read, agenda, and follow-up actions.
- Pull and interpret the numbers before every pipeline review or weekly sync - not just the data, but the story behind it.
Translate field needs into build-ready briefs
- Convert business and system needs from any of the three functions into precise, build-ready briefs that GTM Engineering can execute against immediately, helping achieve your goals alongside the GTM leaders.
Own process and drive improvement
- Own the operating model for the functions you support - how deals move through stages, handoff criteria, what "at-risk" means, what a qualified opportunity looks like.
- Spot what's breaking - a misfiring routing rule, a renewal that fell through a process gap - and drive the fix, whether that's a system request, a process change, or a direct conversation.
Shape planning and quota-setting
- Bring Sales, CS, and Marketing context into annual planning and quota-setting, stress-testing whether targets are realistic against what you see on the ground.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 2-3+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations, or Marketing Operations, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment, with a hunger to innovate, learn, and self-start in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical comfort. You're comfortable working in HubSpot or an equivalent CRM day to day, and understand the basics of Customer Revenue Systems.
- Sharp communication. You can translate ambiguous asks into precise, actionable briefs in a room full of stakeholders.
- An ownership habit. Detail-oriented and organised, you own a QBR end to end rather than handing off pieces of it.
- Cross-functional range. You're comfortable supporting Sales, CS, and Marketing at once, switching between their different rhythms and priorities day to day, and are eager to bridge context between these teams.
- AI-forward. You use AI tools to speed up data pulls, QBR prep, and briefs, and you're always looking for the next manual step to automate.
What you'll work with
- CRM and prospecting: HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Dealhub
- Contracts and commissions: Juro, DocuSign, Qobra
- Data and AI: Snowflake, Claude
Haven't used all of these? That's fine. Strong CRM basics matter most, and we'll help you learn the rest.
Nice to have
A HubSpot certification (or similar), or experience building AI assisted RevOps workflows.
