ApplyCV Search

Fewer but better applications, for a better shot at getting hired.

Not auto-apply: nothing is ever sent in your name. But every Monday you get the ten open jobs your CV reads best for, from 186 European employers' own boards, and for each one every question on the employer's form answered from your CV, ready to paste. You check, and you press submit.

Why not a bot

Volume is the thing employers now screen out.

Recruiters get far more applications than before.

Greenhouse's 2025 report counts about five times as many applications per recruiter as in 2022. Each one gets less attention, and the identical ones get none.

Bots answer the knockout questions wrong.

Right to work, language, where you live, salary: a wrong answer ends the application later, with your name on it. We answer from your CV only, and leave the rest to you.

Employers' forms are yours to submit.

LinkedIn's terms ban automated applying outright, and Greenhouse now screens every applicant for bot patterns. You press submit on the employer's own site; the application is yours.

The applications figure is Greenhouse's (AI in Hiring report, 2025). Everything else on this page is counted from our own board.

How it works

You say what you want. Your CV says what you can show. We do the rest, except pressing send.

  1. 1

    Ten questions

Roles, level, where, right to work, the titles you want most. Each answer narrows the board, and you see the count change.

  2. 2

    Your CV, once

It ranks every matching job, answers every form, and gets its own report: the free read now, the full one included.

  3. 3

    Every Monday

The ten open jobs your CV reads best for, with what each one filters on before the CV is read. New ones only.

  4. 4

    Each application, prepared

The employer's real form, answered from your CV. 5 a week. You check, paste and submit on their site.

Questions
Is this auto-apply?
No, on purpose. Auto-apply tools send hundreds of applications you never see, to forms you never read, and employers now screen for exactly that. We do the finding and the form-filling; you read each answer and press submit on the employer's own site. Fewer applications, each one yours.
Where do the jobs come from?
From the employers' own job boards (Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, Teamtailor, Personio, Recruitee, Workable), read every six hours. European tech roles, English-language, with a direct link to the employer's form. No scraped aggregator, no listing older than its board.
What does "fit" mean?
Each job description is read against your CV, keyword by keyword, and against what it filters on before anyone reads a CV: visa, language, where you must live. The ten you get each Monday are the ones your CV already answers best, with the gaps named.
What is a prepared application?
The employer's real form questions, answered from your CV in your own words, in editable boxes with a copy button. Anything your CV doesn't say is left as a bracketed slot, never guessed. Then a button to the employer's form.
Do I need an account?
Only for the subscription. The free CV report and your first prepared application need none. Sign-in is an emailed link, no password.
Can I cancel?
Any time, in one click, from your account. Most searches take two or three months; the subscription is priced for that, with no annual plan and no credits that expire.

See your matching jobs before you pay.

Ten questions, about a minute. The best three in full, free; the rest every Monday.
