This is an entry-level opportunity for a student who would like to gain practical experience in HR operations within a professional and international environment. You will support a broad range of administrative and operational HR activities, including onboarding, relocation support, employee documentation, data quality, filing, and day-to-day employee service requests.

What You Will Do

  • Support onboarding and relocation administration, including drafting contracts, updating new hire trackers, following up on missing information, supporting first-day onboarding actions, and helping with relocation coordination.
  • Assist with HR administration such as drafting employer statements and change letters, checking holiday balance, tracking sick leave, and responding to employee queries.
  • Help keep employee files and HR records accurate, complete, and well organised.
  • Support HR data quality and compliance-related activities, including consistency checks, document cleanup, visa tracking, family leave tracking, and filing activities.
  • Assist with HR process improvements, updates to internal HR resources, backlog reduction, and selected employee initiatives.

Who You Are

  • You are currently enrolled in a relevant study programme, such as Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field with a strong interest in Human Resources.
  • You are accurate, organised, and able to work with confidential information.
  • You are proactive, reliable, and comfortable following up on routine tasks and open actions.
  • You have clear written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • You are comfortable working with Microsoft Office applications and willing to learn HR systems and document management tools.
  • Previous office or administrative experience is a plus, but not required.

What You Will Gain

  • Hands-on experience in HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Exposure to onboarding, relocation, HR administration, HR systems, and compliance-related HR work.
  • The opportunity to contribute to practical HR improvements and employee-facing processes.
  • Experience working in a professional, international HR environment.
