We are building a new recruitment team responsible for closing advanced global roles. This is full-cycle recruitment: from gathering requirements to presenting offers and initiating pre-onboarding. Sourcing is an integral part of our process.

Your role

• Full-cycle recruitment on a global scale: sourcing, interviewing, coordinating next steps, and extending offers

• Collaboration with Talent Sourcers

• Managing and advising key stakeholders (in collaboration with the Lead)

• Participating in brainstorming and problem-solving sessions; finding unconventional recruitment approaches

• Supporting colleagues

• Maintaining the ATS

• Preparing reports

What you bring

• 4+ years of recruitment experience filling hard-to-fill engineering and corporate roles

• Proven global recruitment experience hiring across multiple regions and time zones

• Flexible, results-oriented approach

• Business acumen (preferred)

• Strong English skills (speaking and writing at B2 - C1+ level)
