Job Description

We're looking for a Sr. Analyst to own the forecasting, budgeting, and spend analytics backbone of our NA Packaging organization. This role sits at the intersection of supply chain data, finance, and packaging engineering — turning demand signals and cost data into the guidance that keeps our packaging supply chain running efficiently across all NA brands. You'll join a small, collaborative team of analysts and packaging engineers, taking on a broad scope that spans forecasting, cost analytics, and tooling across the full NA portfolio.

You will...

• Own the annual NA packaging budget — translating supplier plans into material volumes, network plans, and cost/box estimates by brand

• Produce and validate the weekly in-week demand forecast across all NA brands (HelloFresh, EveryPlate, Green Chef, Factor), driving packaging material ordering and procurement decisions

• Lead PKG spend analytics — weekly and month-end (MEC) budget vs. expected vs. actuals, variance investigations, and driving corrective actions with ops partners

• Own the translation of packaging engineering configurations and network fulfillment requirements into a packaging forecast at all time horizons, leveraged in budgeting cycles, planning cycles, and week-to-week ordering. Measure and improve accuracy through budget cycles and ad hoc scenarios.

• Maintain and evolve the packaging scripts codebase (Databricks, Airflow, Python, Snowflake) and core planning tools (Packaging Allocator, ODL/ADL files)

• Conduct cost and supply impact analyses for packaging launches and transitions — new SKU introductions, format changes, fulfillment network shifts and supplier transitions

• Serve as the analytics point of contact bridging Operations Engineering, Procurement, Fulfillment, Logistics, Planning, and Finance

You are...

• Highly analytical, comfortable owning a forecast model end-to-end with minimal oversight

• A clear communicator who can translate cost/variance data into decisions for non-technical stakeholders

• Organized under pressure — this role sits on the critical path for budget cycles with hard deadlines

• Proactive about flagging risk rather than waiting to be asked

• Collaborative across Finance, Supply Chain Analytics, and Packaging Engineering

• Comfortable with ambiguity and stepping into a scope that's still being defined

At a minimum, you have...

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, FP&A, or operations analytics, ideally in packaging, manufacturing, or CPG/food

• Proficiency in Databricks and Snowflake (or equivalent SQL-based platforms); Python and Airflow experience a strong plus

• Strong Excel/Google Sheets modeling skills; hands-on experience with COGS or budget variance analysis

• Experience with forecasting/demand planning models, ideally in a multi-brand or multi-SKU environment

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Analytics, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
