Senior Export Logistics Specialist

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in international, export, or distribution logistics

• Hands-on experience with cross-border road freight, air cargo, and express courier services

• Good knowledge of Incoterms 2020, EU customs procedures, and export documentation

• Experience working with customs brokers, international carriers, and logistics providers

• Understanding of HS/CN codes and regulations for transportation of lithium battery-powered devices

• Experience with WMS/TMS/ERP systems and strong Excel skills

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Polish and English: B2+ level

• Ukrainian: fluent

Key Responsibilities:

• Organizing international shipments from the Distribution Center in Lodz to customers, distributors, and global hubs

• Coordinating road, air freight, and express deliveries, ensuring timely and safe transportation

• Managing export documentation, customs clearance, and cooperation with customs brokers

• Cooperating with international carriers, monitoring their performance, and handling shipment claims

• Controlling and optimizing transportation costs and delivery routes

• Coordinating shipment readiness with the warehouse team and tracking orders in WMS/TMS/ERP systems

• Supporting logistics process improvements and resolving operational disruptions
