MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be responsible for planning, managing, and ensuring the timely delivery of a wide variety of cross-team projects

• Lead multiple and diverse projects by defining requirements and deadlines, developing and executing detailed project plans, and tracking and ensuring the completion of work tickets

• Work closely with stakeholders and leads to ensure that the highest priority projects are tackled and deliver the most value to the company

• Balance business needs vs. constraints and establish business priorities

• Identify and communicate risks and mitigation plans in collaboration with the stakeholders while setting and maintaining goals, milestones, and deadlines

• Facilitate project-related team meetings, communicate action steps, keep teams informed and accountable

• Manage, organize, and distribute all project documentation, including creative briefs, strategic plans, status reports, deliverables lists, and post-project retrospectives

CORE REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years experience in project management of work in digital marketing

• A rigorous approach to problem-solving, strong organizational and communication skills (both verbal and written)

• The ability to quickly shift and adapt to different tasks ranging from hands-on projects to project management

• Ability to learn new tools and technical concepts quickly

• Excellent interpersonal skills and experience managing stakeholders of various seniority;

• A strong sense of ownership, impeccable attention to detail, self-organization, and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

• Excellent spoken and written English skills
