HR Manager

Responsibilities:

• Provide a range of HR services to employees from joining to the expiry of the contract and assist in all matters relating to employment matters

• Manages onboarding and induction of all new hires

• Provide operational leadership and hands-on contributions in core existing HR systems and processes

• Perform various administrative duties to support HR records and administration requirements in line with compliance and record-keeping requirements

• Manage expats full-cycle employment process, occasional relocation support

• Perform hands-on contributions to the improvement of HR processes and policies:workforce administration, compensation review, benefits, performance and talent management, training

• Support of other regional teams on occasional basis

Key Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in HR Manager / HR Generalist capacity

• Knowledge of UAE labor regulations, knowledge of broader MENA regulations would be a plus

• Experience of working with visas and immigration policies, understanding of different types of employment and following procedures

• Experience of working with external vendors

• Results-focused mindset, with the ability to work in dynamic environments

• English level: B2+

• Ukrainian level: B2+
