Content Creator - Finnish and Swedish speaking

You'll shape concepts, write the copy, film, edit and bring it all to life as ads that people actually want to watch. Success in this role means a steady flow of fresh, high-performing content for Sweden and Finland, built on insights and continuously improved together with our performance team. The role

As our Content Creator, you'll develop creative ad concepts for the Swedish and Finnish markets, tailored to different target audiences and campaign goals, and take them all the way from first idea to finished format. You'll turn each concept into multiple variations with different hooks, angles and formats, and adapt concepts and copy culturally between the two markets. You'll write ad copy for both static and video ads, as well as simple scripts and talking points for the employees, customers and creators you film with. You'll plan and carry out shoots, including lighting and sound, in styles ranging from UGC to more polished material. You'll direct and coach people in front of the camera, and step in front of it yourself. You'll then edit and deliver the finished video ads, and design simple static ads as well. You'll work closely with our performance team to follow the data and insights, looking at metrics like hook rate, CTR and CAC. Together, you'll learn what works and what doesn't, and you'll use those learnings to keep improving the content round after round. When needed, you'll also support our influencer specialist with influencer marketing in both markets. Throughout all of this, you'll make sure our content complies with the regulations for marketing financial services.

Who you are

You're creative and love coming up with ideas, and you enjoy seeing them through all the way to finished content. You have previous experience creating content for ads for social media, whether in-house at a brand, at an agency or as a freelancer. You're confident filming and editing in Premiere Pro and comfortable designing simple static ads. You also have a way with words and enjoy writing copy and scripts. You feel at home in front of the camera, and you're good at making others feel comfortable there too. You speak and write Swedish and Finnish fluently, and you keep up with trends on TikTok and Instagram, with a good feel for what makes content stop the scroll. You're curious about data and enjoy learning from what works and what doesn't. Above all, you want to understand Anyfin's product and customers deeply, so that the content you make is built on real insights.
