Most of the company's strategic decisions go through the Commercial Strategy team that you would be part of: pricing, offering, campaigns, new products and features, sometimes M&A. We rely on data and customer insight, continuously A/B testing, researching and modeling the impact of various initiatives.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze and combine data from Looker, customer research, market and competitor sources to uncover risks and growth opportunities

• Build business cases and scenario models for pricing, offering, campaigns and new initiatives

• Turn your analysis into clear recommendations for commercial and strategic decisions

• Build and maintain performance monitoring tools, working with Data Analytics and Customer Research on deeper questions

CORE REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in consulting, audit, financial advisory, controlling, or a strategy or analytics role at a fast-growing tech company, where you delivered recommendations, not just reports

• Strong analytical and modeling skills, and the ability to present complex data clearly to people at any level

• Flexibility to switch between quick questions and longer strategic projects

• Proficiency in Excel/Sheets, Looker (or a similar BI tool) and Google Analytics

• Fluent English, written and spoken

• Experience with SaaS or subscription businesses, or with AI tools like Claude, is a plus
